Kenn S. Brause
Kenn was raised and worked on a 425 acre family dairy and crop farm in Sycamore, OH. He participated in FFA and 4-H. He attended the Reppert School of Auctioneering, and became a licensed auctioneer.
In 1994, Kenn received his real estate license and went to work as an agent and auctioneer at Rindfuss Realty in Bucyrus. In 1998, he received his CAGA designation. Kenn is a certified property appraiser through the Missouri Auction School. Kenn graduated from Hondros College with and Associate’s Degree of Applied Business in Real Estate. He received his Real Estate Brokers license in 2007.
Kenn has experience conducting a variety of auctions including Real Estate, Chattel Property, Charities including Crawford County Junior Livestock Sale and Bucyrus Rotary Club Auctionfest. Kenn received the CES designation, Certified Estate Specialist from the NAA (National Auctioneers Association) in 1998.
